Product quality is a crucial factor that must be maintained throughout the automotive component supply chain. Previous research has generally examined quality management, sustainable supply chain management (SSCM), and digital technologies in the automotive industry, but these topics are still discussed separately. This study aims to map research trends, influential publications, keyword relationships, research gaps, and future research directions related to supply chain quality models in the automotive component industry. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis was conducted using PRISMA-based screening, VOSviewer and R-based bibliometric tools. The results show that publication activity has increased rapidly and is the highest in 2023. Key analysis shows a shift from conventional quality management to digital nutu management supported by Lean-Industry 4.0 integration, Blockchain-based traceability, and sustainable supply chains. The research gap lies in the absence of an integration model that links quality management, SSCM, and printed technology in the automotive supply chain. The main contribution of this research is to map the relationship between these dimensions and clarify the role of strategy in supporting product quality, supply chain sustainability, and digital technology. In addition, this research provides the basis for further research to develop and validate an integrated framework for quality management in sustainable automotive supply chains and supported by digital technology.
